Massage Therapy

There are three techniques that are the foundation of my massage therapy training. They are: Swedish massage, Deep Tissue masssage, and Myofacial massage. Swedish massage, when used alone, is very flowing and gentle and requires a lot of massage oil to create a smooth and relaxing experience. Deep Tissue Massage, as the name implies, requires much more pressure, is very specific and slow, with much less oil being applied. Myofacial Massage is very different from the two previous techniques in that it is very slow and almost no oil is applied at all. Each of these tools can be used depending on your current needs. Over the years I have taken the foundation that I have learned in school and continue to organically find my own style, which incorporates all three techniques in an intuitive way by listening to what is needed during that particular session.
