ManKind Project
In the fall of 2007 I participated in the New Warriors Training Adventure thru the ManKind Project at Claymont Court in WV. This leap of faith stemmed from my men’s work with Robbert Bly and the influence of many firends who had also been thru this powerful initiation process. Rites of passage was a focal point in my studies of cultural anthropology and most likely arose from the need for healthy male role models as a young man. This work continues with a bi monthly group meeting and participation in many other workshops, social events, and continued support in initiating other men. I strongly recommend this for any man who is searching for strength and balance in his day-to-day life. There are also many other programs for women, young men, and veterans, through the ManKind Project. |
