Change An Appointment
If you have an issue and must reschedule or cancel your appointment, you have come to the right place. Don’t forget that my policy is that if for some reason you are not able to cancel before the 24 hour window, and no one fills your cancelled time slot, you will be charged full price for your session. If you still wish to continue please look at the instructions below.
Online Appointments:
If you wish to cancel your appointment online please:
- Go to Make an Appointment on my web page
- Then go to Return Customer
- Then enter your username and passcode
- Then look for the tab at the top that says My Appointments
- There you will find all of your appointments listed
- Find the appointment you wish to change in the list
- On the right hand side there will be three grey buttons
- You can either click Reschedule or click Cancel.
- The following screens will guide you through the process.
Appointments by phone:
- If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment please call
410-266-6005. I will get back to you as soon as possible, or if you have your personalized username and passcode you can always reschedule or cancel your appointment online by using the instructions above.
